South Arkansas' finest dining establishment has changed hands, announced new proprietor Michael Rice, who took over ownership of fayrays in May. Rice bought the flagship El Dorado restaurant from Richard and Brandy Alewine, who opened fayray's along with Ray Black in 1999.
According to Rice, "I plan to keep the popular menu items and add my own Cajun gumbo and a New Orleans style Muffuletta sandwich." Rice, who grew up in Shreveport, has a wealth of experience in the restaurant and entertainment industries. He continued, "I will provide delicious entrees at affordable prices with the highest level of customer service,"
fayray's lunch hours are 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and dinner from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
